Make sure you register as "Ribeiro Lovato NW" for the Oregon Open.

If you registered as something like "Ribeiro/Lovato NW" or "Ribeiro/Lovato Northwest" or "Jubeiro Livato NW" you will NOT BE COUNTED AS PART OF THE TEAM. Notice that I'm writing in caps.

The tournament organizers are being very picky about this. As of today there are 33 fighters who are incorrectly registered.

Here is how you change your registration:

Drill, spar, condition, rinse and repeat. The preparation that goes into being a jiu jitsu athlete along with the anxiety of competition makes the completion of a day like yesterday that much more rewarding.  After less than a year of existence, Five Rings Jiu Jitsu brought out 22 competitors and brought back 12 medals (9 silver and 3 bronze)!!
