Five Rings Fitness is excited to be offering it's first Fitness Boot Camp starting this February.
If you're looking to take your fitness and health to the next level - this is the program for you.

Here are the details:
- Women only
- Orientation session and SMART goal setting workshop
- 8 weeks long
- Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
- 10:00 - 11:30 am
- 36 of in-class training plus 4 hours of personal coaching
- Strength, conditioning, nutrition
- Small group (4 to 8 participants)
- Functional movement screen, body composition testing, and personal programming.
